I haven't been to them in a while, but just felt it might be best to warn others that go. So, I had maybe 3 altercations with the staff a couple years ago. I tried being reasonable and talking through it and nothing changed, so i left. I went to pick up my dog and each time she had MULTIPLE cuts on her body. This happened every time! It's unacceptable. They really have no clue how to groom a dog. Each time this happened, they did not tell me as i picked her up. They avoided telling me and i discovered the cuts and her little sanded-down paws when she got home. My poor baby hated going there.

Have been going there about 3 years and am always pleased.  My Little girl is treated like a princess!!

I've taken my dogs here for over 10 years and they are fantastic. They treat them the way a loving pet parent would want their furry baby treated. Ann came up with a special cut for my baby because although he was a poodle, I don't care for the traditional poodle cut. It turned out fantastic. Something about a teddy bear and a lamb :). Just tell them what you like and don't and they will come up with something fantastic. They use top quality products and treat their precious guests with lots of love. Call early, it can be hard to get an appointment but it's worth the pre-planning.
