Well I'm back to change my review of this Petsmart that I originally gave a one star review back in the day. It's actually a joy to go back in this store again. They got a lot of new staff that are friendly and knowledgeable. No more pulling teeth to get crickets for my critters. No more false information on the pets they sell. And best of all the last few critters I have bought from them actually have been in good health. I have had many funny conversations with there staff because they are friendly now. I love it! I admit the only problem I have with store now is that it's getting pretty old and is in need of a renovation. Especially with the tanks the animals are in. I feel they should be a little bigger. But to be fair these things costs lots of money. So for what they got they are doing good with it. So good on you Petsmart for actually changing my opinion about you.

My wife asked one of the staff to put a few water pellets in with the crickets we bought for our dragons because Petco always does. The young lady then said "Well go to Petco" after my wife spoke to the manager about it he did nothing at all. Great way to gain customer loyalty. We will not be back.

I typically have a positive experience at petsmart but not this location and their grooming service. My sweet dog has a lot of anxiety when going to the groomers and I always warn groomers. I was told dogs can't have any type of anxiety medicine before coming in which I complied. They took my dog back to have her nails trimmed and immediately called me to come and get her. Clearly the groomers are inexperienced at this location. The two groomers made my dog seem as if she was a problem versus showing her love and compassion in which she responds well too. The Groomers definitely need more training.

The people were nice they had cool stuff.Very friendly and a safe innviorment for pets.Like lizards,dogs,cats,snakes,and many more pets like that.it was very fun

I never have any problems with this place what so ever . Every one here is super nice, especially the younger cute lady who dog trains or always offers to train my dog. Lol. But I highly recommend this pet smart. They have always helped and been great with me.
