Made an incredibly tragic time for me a process I could handle. Bart met with me and some family members. Gave us kind service. Everything was lovely and I got to grieve. I would not anything else from this family. Just had to experience it way to soon. Thanks B Brothers

Hateful rude and unprofessional! They are not compassionate and show no empathy! When families need it most they did not care to help or answer questions. They did not care that my mother just lost her baby, us a sister and others a friend... Will never use or recommend to my worst enemy! Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!

Boxwell brothers is amazing. We have used them 3 times for our family members and everytime they have been caring, compassionate, and extremely helpful. Bart has been our director every time and is simply amazing. I recommend them to anyone.

My father passed 2/25/13! It was on of the hardest things I have ever endured! The employees/owners were professional,compassionate and very caring. My hat's off to you all. We were able to spend more time with Father and not making arrangements! Big high five to Dumas and Amarillo locations!!!

Worst experience ever. Bart Boxwell is rude, cold, and unprofessional. I left there in tears today. You would think someone in this business would show compassion, care, and respect. But was not the case at all. If I could give this place zero stars I would. That is how bad my experience was. Everything got straightened out in the end but I had to get my office manager, an attorney, and the pastor of my church involved. I did not feel l was treated with respect or compassion. Also, the apology I got was "I'm sorry if you got offended" or something like that, which is not an acception of fault or an apology at all. Also, the apology came through a third party; not directly from Bart, which is completely unacceptable. They own the market here so they must know they can treat people however rudely they want.
