Cox funeral home was a disgrace while dealing with my dad's death. Very unprofessional and unorganized, the only appology was " I'm sorry I forgot". This was my dad you were intrusted with,  the most precious person in mine and my family's life, and you " forgot". Well, my family and I will never forget the terrible service we received from your business.

I attended the service of a friend today (9/3/13). I have never attended a service at this home before. Cox Funeral Home should be ashamed of how this service was presented. Bad enough the eulogy was a collection of verbal stumbles, mispronunciations and a message that suggested the departed passed because her sins finally caught up with her (he further noted it is this that will cause all our deaths at some point), but it looked as though her body was prepped by someone who had no earthly clue as to what they were doing. It was disgusting! Trina did not deserve to look as they made her. The family was visibly upset as were many guests.
