When I recently found myself needing to file for divorce, I searched for a competent attorney and was very fortunate to find Brad and his team, including Alisa and Laura.  They always "had my back".  My emails were returned promptly.  My questions were always answered promptly and completely.  They gently guided me through an emotional time with excellent advice.  As much as I appreciate everything they did for me professionally, I am more appreciative about how they treated me.  After all was finalized, I left this attorney and his team feeling as though we were family.  I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I can't say enough POSITIVE things about Bradford Atkinson and his law team!!  How can divorce be a great experience, but it was!  I was broken and distressed when I came to their office. They picked me up and walked me step by step through the process and I came out a better person and mother. They "just know" what needs to be done!  They are professional, knowledgeable, and cost conscious. They are fast, efficient, and always seem to be one step ahead of the other side.  I love their "Vision"....to help their client be an ideal parent who is dedicated to engaging in behavior that develops the child to become a healthy, well-adjusted, independent, moral and law abiding citizen.

Brad and his team were very professional, caring, experienced with great communication.
Even though the circumstances weren't easy they went above and beyond and we're traffic to work with.
I highly recommend them.

I have used Brad Atkinson twice.  These were both for Probate matters. Each time he was honest and straightforward.  His knowledge and professionalism are excellent.  On another occasion when I was attempting to use his firm after a while it became obvious that a Real Estate Lawyer would be needed. Brad refunded All of my money and recommended someone that was able to help. Even after he had put in hours worth of work. I have two friends that have used his services for divorces and they were both thankful they did. There are other lawyers out there, some good and some not so good, but if the Atkinson Firm is not the first call you make then you are wasting your time. Extremely Highly Recommended.

First off I would like to say Brad is just an all around great guy!  Brad took my case very seriously from the second I met him.  He worked so hard and fought for me the whole way through the process.  Everything he told me was always accurate, and I always knew what to expect.  Brad always made sure I was prepared before any deposition or court appearance. Brad is a genius lawyer!  Brad is someone you can count on and trust with your case without question.  I highly highly reccomend Brad Atkinson.
