Understanding your rights when dealing with Insurance Companies goes far beyond making payments on time. Even with a good insurance company one needs to understand the special intricacies to insure receiving fair compensation.  Patrick Scott was very proficient at this as well as giving us understanding of the process at each step along the way.  Highly recommended

Mr. Scott did an excellent job of taking care of my case. From the moment I met him and Maria I knew I was in good hands. Not only did they get me what I deserved; they didn’t nickel and dime me. My case wasn’t as simple as initially planned, but that didn’t change the way they took care of me. I hope to never need this wonderful Law firm again, but If I do-I know who to call.

I was rearended on Christmas Eve 2015.  The insurance company orginally denied my claim. Patrick Scott took my case and was able to turn their answer around and settle my case. I am happy Mr.Scott and his Paralegal, Maria were there fighting for me through the end. Thank you so much Scott Law Firm.
