Where do I begin with recommending Mr. Gilbert as your attorney...he represented my 17 year old son in a case where it was dismissed from the courts. He genuinely cared about our situation and my sons well being/future, and gave us excellent direction on how to handle the case. We followed his advice and every suggestion on what my son should do in the interim while waiting on our court date which was what I believe to be the reason why Mr. Gilbert was able to do his job and help my son. He is very educated about the Montgomery Court system and well networked within as well. I highly recommend him.

Highly recommend Mr Gilbert G Garcia as your next lawyer if you need one he did everything he promised he will do and got my case dismissed extremely Happy with Mr. Garcia.

Mr. Garcia and his team did exactly what they promised to do.  They were proactive, returned calls, emails and actually answer their phones rather than live by voicemail.  Even after getting paid they still treated me like a new client which is refreshing.  Although they can't promise a dismissal they did get one for me.  they told me what I needed to do to offer me the best opportunity for a successful outcome and their advice worked.  I hope  I never need their services again but if I did, I would hire them.

Mr. Garcia and his staff were extremely helpful and I would recommend him to anyone. He clarified all questions I had and his staff were always dependable to maintain in communication with.  Prior to hiring Mr. Garcia,  I consulted with many lawyers in Montgomery County. Mr. Garcia's team were by far the most professional and capable. My questions were always answered. Ultimately my case got dismissed and I believe that he was very instrumental in that process.
