They did a great job packing and moving stuff out of the apartment. That's the only positive about them. 
They came more than an hour late and tried to charge me an hour of "wait time" even though they only waited for half an hour at the lobby. The only reason why the had to wait was because they came more than an hour late. My roommate was ready to let them in but had to leave after waiting for them for an hour, requiring me to rush to the new apartment from Brooklyn, about an hour of travel time. I was able to dispute the fee, but what a pain to deal with when moving is already stressful. 
I then realized one of my furniture had a large hole on its side that was not there before the move. The shelf of my nightstand also has a large scratch that was not there before. My suitcase was badly discolored from a spill that happened from a bottle of detergent that was packed tightly with tape and a large ziploc bag. It is abundantly clear they do not handle items appropriately during the move when their clients are not looking. I emailed them about the damages, it has been more than two weeks, and have not gotten a reply. They clearly do not care. 
I will never be using their "services" again and no one should either. 
Avoid for your own good.

They called me to negotiate an update on this review. They offered to replace my items after I emailed them photos of the damaged items. Their excuse of not replying to my original email was that I sent it to the wrong email address, even though that email address is posted on their website. I sent another email with photos and a summary of the phone call I had. It's been two weeks and I've gotten no replies, again. Dishonest and disrespectful money and time-wasters.

Had an EXCELLENT experience with Braha Moving Systems. Andrew and Leslie were so professional and handled our belongings with such care, both when packing things up as well as when they arrived and unpacked the truck. I cannot recommend them enough!

Recently I moved back to Florida from Brooklyn, NY. As my sister had recently moved with Braha Moving  and, she recommended them to me. I took her word and wasn't the least bit disappointed. In my last move, I had a problem with hidden fees. This was not an issue with Braha Moving. Upon my estimate I was informed about all charges, and also filled in with details on the process of my move. Arriving on my requested delivery date in Florida, the crew went straight to work. Despite it being a rainy day in Brooklyn and a hot and humid day in Florida, I had no damages and I suffered no aggravation. I'm not sure it could have went any better! All items that were disassembled were reassembled properly including my difficult bed and office desk. The whole time the job was being performed the crew did everything I could want and then some. Braha Moving is a fantastic company that lives up to their 5 star rating and promises! I give all my recommendations to this fine company.

We moved on November 6, 2016. The moving company broke our tv and has now a vertical line in the middle. We just bought the tv 4 months ago. They also broke the other tv and we cannot even turn it on. I've tried to communicate with them several times, called and emailed them. They keep telling me to email and call Sayra and she will respond back. I haven't received any reply from all the emails until I started complaining them to Better Business Bureau. After the complaint the company sent us an email saying they already forwarded it to their insurance company and it will take at least 90 days to get approved.
     60 days later, I received an email  from them asking me to sign a refund form for my broken tv with the amount of $90 and an agreement to take down any posts that will make their business give a bad image. I emailed them back, not signing the refund and telling them I do not agree with the $90 and that they have to refund me at least half of the full price of the tv. I haven't received any calls or email until now.

Really experienced movers. Excellent customer service. I decided to hire Braha movers based on other reviews and I'm so glad I did. I've moved 6 times in NY and never could find movers as good as these guys.
David was very friendly and detailed about the move and what was required to make the move go smoothly. Their rates are straightforward with no hidden fees. The crew was friendly, FAST, professional, and they took great care to make sure my furniture was protected and transported safely. I was really amazed at that level of professionalism.
