For a previous century's basement (turned bar room), this underground hard-to-find snug is a diamond in the rough that's really raisin' the bar to the top shelf. Serving mind-blowing drinks and a full menu right up until 1am, this darkened cellar is complete with a sneakily-placed nearly secret entrance. I've probably gone by the place over 2,000 times and have never seen it.

Interesting atmosphere and good service. Food wasn't bad, great bourbon selection. Definitely worth stopping by and giving it a shot, I'm glad I did. Will likely visit again when I'm in the area

I love this place. Great vibe and delicious food. I especially love the BLT. I've had many fun nights with friends at this cozy bar. When I'm in Portland I always try to visit Bramhall!

Be aware that the Whiskey Wednesday special is only available until they run out. Today, opening at 4, they apparently ran out at 5. We arrived after a long day of work at 10 and were told there was no available special. Call ahead before you make a trip. We will. If we go again.
