This place was GREAT! Came in for a quick drink and some Salt and Vinegar French Fries. It was St. Patty's Day, so it was pretty packed in there. Thankfully the bar was first come first serve, so when a party of four got up and left my friend and I didn't lose any time in grabbing their seats. We sat down, ordered a beer and a water. The waiter came back reasonably quickly with our drinks and took our food order. We had been eating all day, so we were getting the fries and heading home. We order the Salt and Vinegar fries, and honestly - I don't know why other restaurants don't make them! They should be as common as sweet potato fries in my opinion! The waiter literally came back inside of 10 minutes with our fries! I understand it doesn't take a lot of time to make fries, but on St. Patty's Day, and the place being slammed to have that quick turnaround, I was impressed! Will definitely be back when I visit next, those fries are definitely worth the drive!!!

What can I say, Nosh is one of my favorites. The burgers are fantastic, the fries are dreamy. Plenty of options on the menu but it's definitely a carnivores kind of joint. Nosh has a great selection of craft beers and cocktails. I suggest getting there early, or even during non "peak" hours. The place is extremely popular and people aren't afraid to wait for a long time. Bar seats tables for 4 and a couple larger tables for 8-10

Great beer, great food. They always have a great selection of beers on tap to choose from so your meal will always be a new experience. If Matt is behind the bar ask him for a recommendation he knows it all. Everyone talks about the dusted fries and yes they are fantastic but the real story of this place is their burgers. Each one excellent in its own way. Each meal just waiting to leave you satisfied. Enjoy.

Trendy, spendy, creative eatery and pub. Many people seem to go there just for a beer. I had the mast landing peanut butter milk stout myself. Also ate the stuffed avocado (amazing visually and taste-wise) and the nosh burger which claims to be the best in Portland. It was too sweet with an overpowering relish of some sort on it and the brioche bun looked great but rapidly started falling apart. It was good but nowhere near best. Fries looked really interesting but didn't have any stomach space after the tower of food that is the fried avocado

Editing my review. Second time since I've been here. I sat for at least 15-20 minutes without so much as a "how's the drink?" "Need anything else?" after finishing my first beer. Felt like the person that initially served me thought I was a rude customer. I was passed over for long conversation with other customers instead. I work in the foodservice industry. And I expect the same level of service that is held in any restaurant I've worked.
