I have used Branson Hot Tubs for several years.   I recently traded in my older hot tub for a  new  one.    I have had nothing but the best experiences.    Their employees are always very courteous and helpful.  I have found all my experiences very  pleasant and their prices are reasonable.   I would highly recommend this business!!

We absolutely love our new 2016 Hot Spring Envoy!  The wireless remote is amazing.  We made the mistake of going with a cheap Chinese made hot tub 5 years back and had to deal with constant leaks, hornets building nests inside the non insulated and loose fitting cabinet, and the insane electric bills each month.  So far, our Hot Springs Envoy hasn't had any of these issues.  Service from Branson Hot Tubs & Pools was superb.  Delivery was super simple as was set up, all handled by the dealer.  You get what you pay for and buying local makes sense in so many ways.  Glenda, Mike, and the team there really made our purchase easy.  Highly recommend them!

What Great People! From Matt on the showroom floor to Ryan the tech who put in our new Envoy and the 2 guys that helped him deliver it, we had excellent customer service all the way. My wife and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a hot tub, sauna or pool.

Very satisfied customer. We have been utilizing the expects at Branson Hot Tubs and pools, the service our in ground pool, with regularly scheduled maintenance and the occasional issues that all pool owners have. Also, we purchased a new hot tub. Always friendly, always knowledgeable, and we feel as if they are now, our friends.

I recently had them come out to repair an older hot tub that I have. They replaced the control panel and attempted to repair a couple of leaks.  After paying over  $1000 in labor my tub still leaks, the techs broke one of the access panels and I had to call them back because the panel they installed wasn't screwed down and the water tight electrical conduit was left unsecured into the panel (exposed high voltage wires in a hot tub are probably not ideal). They also left several screws laying on my patio that should've been put back into the access panels. They would've gotten swept away by the leaf blower had my 5 year old son not stepped on them first.  Very unprofessional.
