Been staying Branson, at this hotel since 2014 and it’s been great until now. Horrible beds, pillows, floors and staff didn’t know English. Worst of all, was the hotel has apparently turned into a weekly/monthly venue as many of the “guests” were sketchy at best. Not sure what kind of businesses are being run from those rooms but it’s def not legit!! We won’t be back. — Couldn’t leave early or get a refund because they were booked through Priceline. **would NOT recommend to stay here.

This place is a joke. The beds and carpet - disgusting, furnishings and T.V way outdated, the pool is covered so obviously inoperable, the staff needs to learn to speak English so that they can communicate with their guest's. They also advertise on their billboard 
2 free show tickets with 1 night $79 stay. That's only if you book king size bed and 1 night only.
I don't recommend anyone to even think about staying. 
If this place wants to remain open then they need to do some serious renovations and schooling to learn English.

Not that good at all. Uncomfortable beds, small rooms,etc... The only good thing is friendly service. That should answer your questions. Very disappointed!!

Ok but the rooms are old fasgon from thr t.v. to the furniture and our jacuzzi didn't work
