I love everything about this hotel. I had a problem the first night, but I let the front desk know and she got the right person on the phone and they  fixed it right away. The staff is the most friendliest hotel staff I've ever met. The hotel restaurants, gift shop, and even the bellboys/men were courtious and friendly... this is my second night...I am anticipating the visit here hopefully next year. You will not be disappointed and if you have an issue, don't wait until you leave to say something. They will fix whatever they can to make your stay pleasant 😊

My mother, grandmother and I had a wonderful stay at the Chateau. All the staff was friendly and we were always met with smiling faces. They have a delicious breakfast buffet, with a made to order omelette bar. I also had the tomato soup with their grilled cheese for dinner on night and it did not disappoint. The hotel is in a beautiful location at top a hill that gives you wonderful views of the lake and the magnificent landscape of MO its self. We were also in close proximity to all of the attractions, shopping and dinning. We would definitely stay here again.

This place exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived at the main lobby we were treated like royalty by every employee on site. I'm not a world class traveler, but I've stayed at some high end resorts including Toronto's 4-Seasons & the Hotel Del Coronado near San Diego. This place was as gorgeous, clean & relaxing as one could ask for. Very good restaurants & great sweet shop. Terrific pool. Wife loved the spa. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed staying at Chateau on the Lake. It was very nice. We stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping was phenomenal!  Breakfast was delicious in their restaurant. They even have a small movie theater.

The views of the lake from the hotel are lovely. However our lake view is not as good as I'd hoped for; it is slightly blocked. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff have all been kind and accommodating. We've had some issues with getting our room cleaned on a daily basis, but housekeeping offered to clean the room when we'd been missed and quickly supplied us with clean towels and coffee. The food in the wine bar/cafe and restaurant was good, but nothing exceptional.
