Overall it was a good experience. Off season check in is from 3-5pm. Lobby is locked so you have to pick up the phone to get them to let you in. Not a big deal since they showed up in less than 10 minutes. Should be advertised when booking so you know what to expect. It was a quick easy check in. Rooms are clean & comfy. Our king bed was ok but should be replaced in the near future. Hotel is close to town but kind of secluded as well. Stairwells could use a little cleaning. Off season breakfast needs works. Understandable, but should also be advertised as no breakfast. Granted the room was very low priced for Branson so you can't expect fancy at such a low price. Well worth the money. We would recommend staying here & would stay here again.

Just checked in and settled into the room. We got a 2 queen bed. The room smelled clean. Beds were nice and tidy, bathroom was spotless, no bugs, anywhere. The lady at the counter was extremely nice, acted as if she knew us personally. Joked around, made us feel very welcome. Only thing I do not like is the shower head in our room is very low... I'm 5'7 and my fiance is 6'3... Even I have to scrunch down to use it. But this place is worth the price, and one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at.

Clean quiet great price . comfy beds. Only thing is the heat and air . you have to adjust it just right. Might plan to bring your own fan just for added comfort . bathroom is small but it is fine for using the potty or bathing lol I have no complaints . staff was nice and we would definitely come back .

It was a nice clean place and the manager on duty is so awesome he's a larious Larry I've worked for you I've stayed now at your place and you guys are awesome just keep up the good working always be friendly outgoing cheerfully bubbly that's you you're an asset to that place anyway love you guys I'll keep you in my prayers will be back again to see you someday Rhonda
