Went with the whole family for new year's eve brunch buffet. It was incredible. First off, the drive up to the resort is beautiful. They have stables and hiking trails along the way and great views across the valleys. The buffet itself was really well done. Everything was spread out, and there was a lot of variety. Between all of us we tried just about everything and no one was disappointed. We had 4 kids with us and the staff was accommodating and helpful. It definitely made the experience less stressful. Our server was fantastic. Anticipated our needs and was really friendly and conversational. Plenty of parking and a very short walk to the main building - like a minute tops. Can't recommend the brunch experience enough. You won't be disappointed. Looking forward to coming back and staying for a few nights!

Had a great weekend. The Friday night seafood buffet in the dining room was very good. The service by every staff member was impeccable. A special thanks to Carol at the front desk for all her help and to Spencer for a great trail ride.
We highly recommend the resort for any special occasion. The Copper Door restaurant just a few miles away is one of the best dining experience we're ever had. Fine dining at its best.

For first time horse riders, the stables are okay. You will be riding a horse here, not really 'driving'. The horses follow each other and there are not any opportunities to actually ride your horse. When asked to even walk the horse around, was told to hold tight. Nice guides and good facilities, though. I just prefer more freedom.

Fantastic weekend getaway. Beautiful setting, horseback riding, golf, Spa, and hiking. The room was nice and spacious and the common areas are gorgeous. Huge wood burning fireplace in the main hall was so nice to sit around and enjoy. We will definitely be back!

I felt relaxed and comfortable as soon as I walked in the door.  Great rustic environment. Every staff member we encountered was professional and helpful.  They had meticulous notes on my account for the party we were having.  They did not miss a beat!  The Spa experience was equally as professional and courteous.  This hotel group really has the customer service factor perfected!
