Quaint main house. Way up on the hill. Wonderful food. Spent the weekend with my husband for our anniversary. Beautiful hot tub outside with a labyrinth which is an ancient symbol that relates to wholeness. It combines the imagery of the circle and the spiral into a meandering but purposeful path. It represents a journey to our own center and back again out into the world. The rooms are probably ready for upgrading. Very comfortable. The staff is very attentive and super helpful.

Beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located. Beds were amazing and plush. The breakfast buffet was to die for with healthy, fresh options(try the porridge)! Only con was the hot tub was closed during summer and if you're in a downstairs room, you can hear *every* foot step and sometimes conversation of the above guests. I had to knock on the wall around midnight to get some unruly guests to quiet down (there was no staff on site to call so that they could do it).

We stayed in a room in the guest house not far from the main house and cabins. The whole property is beautiful and there's a hiking trail on site! The resort also isn't far from the beautiful Amicalola falls if you want to do more hiking. I'd also recommend you check out downtown Dahlonega, there's a great chocolate shop on the square. The restaurant on location is also fabulous and you can't beat the prices! The entire staff will make an effort to get to know you can accommodate you anyway they can- I just can't say enough about this place!! We also attended 2 yoga classes during our stay and the instructor was perfect and recommended a great winery for us to try, Montaluce. The hot tub and butlers pantry filled with my favorite tea were also nice touches. I can't wait to come back!!

I am checking out in the morning and do not want to leave. This place is so peaceful and quiet with no phone or TV. However it does have free Wi-Fi. Lots to do, hiking & kayaking all within 30 minutes. Wineries to explore. Food is excellent. I will definitely be coming back
