Had a great stay here. Rooms were clean there is food right out the door, and a grocery store next door. Will Definitely stay here again if near by.

Staff is extremely rude. Shower was horrible no hot water. They have wifi but you cant get a signal to it.Everything in the room was rusty, dirty and just old. People in the parking lot yelling at 11 at night and front office does nothing. Stay somewhere else!!

Do not ever stay here.  They don't care about people only very greedy for money.  After all the BS ing around they did to me I'm not even sure that it was ACTUALLY reservations that told me that their hotel was located IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STATE than it actually is and this occurred at 430 AM 2/19 .  I would've had to check out by 11am and I was at the casino in NC and I was told they were nearby there.  That's the only reason I even made a reservation because everything on that area was filling up very fast.  Unlike their hotel which never filled up that night and really never should because people deserve to spend their money where they won't be lied to and deceived just so they can steal money they didn't earn. I never stepped foot in the room because why would I after being given completely false info and it was only thirty mins more to my house.  Who reserved a hotel room at 430 am just to have to drive home anyways??? And they're Z justifying this like they actually did the right thing and actually earned my money and they've been ignoring my phone calls for a month since I learned I paid 71$ for a phone call and listening to their LIES. now that they've finally called me back and told me they had a right and it's their normal policy to deceive and steal I'm very upset and they've blocked my number even from reaching customer service telephone to report them again but I have plenty of other phones to use so that won't work
  EXTREMELY DISHONEST AND DECEIVING BUSINESS PLACE.  They didn't earn the money they stole from me and they lied to get it.  They told me enough lies on the phone today to conclude that their simply liars not likely this was a mistake because then I would've been given back the money they didn't have any business taking!  They're saying they don't know if I even went to the room or what I was like how can you NOT KNOW a customer didn't check in.... Seeing as I called from the casino at 430am Saturday night and would've had to check out at 11 am and never went to the hotel or checked in and again was told they were in another entire state I'm fairly certain this is deliberate.

They didn't earn my money, don't give them yours.  Chances are they are dishonest and they won't earn your money either!!!! Stay somewhere with some morals and customer service, because they optically have none.

The front desk lady was not very nice. They're outrageously expensive just for one night.  And the rooms weren't that clean. Had amazing pillows though!

First off the room had a stink to it and was kind of dingy but I'm not one to complain so that wasn't that big of a deal to me but when I was laying down in bed before I went to sleep I noticed a little bug on my sleeve so I kill it and took it to it to the bathroom to get good light to look at it. Then I looked up what a bed bug looked like and sure enough that is what it was. But I manned up and just said it will be ok I just won't stay here again and tried to go back to sleep. But then I found another one on my pillow in front of my face. So then I got serious and started looking around in the bed and mattress and what I found was HORRIBLE. Tons of bed bugs. I mean a lot!!! I was blown away. So I went to the front deck , where there is support to be 24 hour service, and found  there was nobody there and the doors were locked. So I rang the doorbell and called from the room phone...  no answer. So I had to sleep in my truck in 17 degree weather. The next morning I went to the front deck and calmly told them the problem. All the staff, a older middle eastern woman and man both who could barley speak english said I could not have a refund and the only comment the had to say is "No Bed Bugs" I couldn't believe it. I took videos of these bugs to show them and even offered to show them the problem area I found under the mattress and in the bed skirt they refused to even look. Well anyway chose wisely and welcome to what America is becoming.
