About a month ago I called Brassworks in Providence RI to ask them about using fatwood in my wood burning stove.  The young man I spoke with; Jeff, told me about Stump Chunks.  He highly recommended them and I was intrigued.  Anyway, I stopped by and bought a bag and was immediately hooked.  No more bundled up newspaper and hoping I had put enough to get the fire going.  I was pleased right from the start with Stump Chunks, an all natural product.  Great product, great advice, great customer service.

My husband and I had such a great experience working with Lee from Brassworks on choosing our fireplace gas insert. Lee was so patient with my relentless questions. He took the time to explain everything to me so I would be completely happy with my choice. We are thrilled with the insert and our experience with brassworks. We highly recommend them!

The one word review first:  Perfect!!!  ...and the story:  we live in Connecticut, and have an old Danish gas stove which we did not buy from Brassworks.  We needed someone to track down parts for our discontinued model so we could convert the stove from propane to natural gas.  We looked in four states for a dealer who would help us -- and the most responsive BY FAR was Lee Marshall from Brassworks.  We would not be able to continue to use our beloved stove were it not for his help.  Based on this experience, we sure will buy our next stove from Brassworks -- an hour and a half drive from our home!!!!

Jeff and Brassworks are awesome!  We recently bought a Lopi fireplace insert from them, and love it.  Great store, customer service and installation.  Highly recommended

I had a great experience working with Brassworks - I needed a Rais Stove for my new home and they worked with me to find the stove, and have it delivered to the Cape without any hassle or hiccups whatsoever. Also, I had some questions about installation, and Jeff, the owner, took the time to help me out. He went above and beyond - and it made a big difference to me.
