I really appreciate Home Depot's My List feature on their website. When you select the store location you'll be shopping at it lists the aisle and bin where your item is located in the store. Being able to use this info gets me in and out of the store a lot faster when I'm in a hurry.

Good selection but the staff knowledge is a mixed bag. Have spoken to very knowledgeable staff in flooring section, and a total doofuses and pretty decent folks elsewhere

This location's pro services desk wait time is unacceptable. They are chronically understaffed. I wait 20-45 minutes on average to check out. Time is money. The time wasted waiting to checkout costs more than any saving on convenience. If you're a building professional or paying a contractor who uses this Depot you're paying extra for the time they cost you. This store needs Management's attention. If you want to supply contractors you need to understand their business and the Depot in PVD clearly doesn't understand or care about their clients' business. Staff does their best, but management is setting them up to fail, hence 2 stars.
