Central Roofing did a fantastic job with replacing my roof. Eric, the project manager was very efficient and professional. I appreciated that I did not have to be home when he came to look at the roof for the estimate and that he provided me 3 price point options to choose from. When the work was completed, the yard was totally cleaned up. In fact, it was several days before I realized that they had completed the work...thanks to a passerby on the street admiring my new roof (I work very long hours, leaving and returning when it's dark).  I'm glad Eric recommended a color that both complemented my house and blended in with the other houses in my area. Eric was easy to work with and I am EXTREMELY pleased with the job that Central Roofing did.

I cannot say enough about the great job done by Central Roofing when they installed my new siding.  From estimate to final inspection, these are the professionals I expect whenever I have to pay a contractor.  They excelled in all areas-- the Estimate was clear, firm, and realistic; Scheduling was accurate and on time; the Workcrew was on-time, tidy, pleasant, professional, meticulous, and they worked all the time time with only a few short breaks for lunch (loved these guys); the Workmanship was beautiful all of my neighbors have remarked about how lovely my house looks, and neighbors that I don't know have stopped their cars to tell me how much they like the look;  the paperwork was simple and easy to understand, and making the payment was a snap!!  These are your guys!!!  F. Weston in DC!!!!

Scheduled someone to be onsite for roofing evaluation/repair. Guy called saying that due to snow day earlier, this needs to be scheduled. Fair enough. I was told that someone from office will reach out same day to reschedule. Waited half a day. Called back. Was told that someone else is in charge of scheduling and she will give me a call back. Waited. No calls, that day or the next day. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a leak in my roof and contacted three companies.  Only Central could give me an appointment within 1 week of my request.  The roof was completed correctly the first time.  The installation team was professional and very clean.  They ensured all the nails and old shingles were removed from my property.  The estimate was detailed and included a figure should an roof boards need to be replaced.  There were no surprises when the final invoice arrived and the information about the warranty of the shingles and the labor are included with the paper work.  I could have asked for a better experience.
