Racist people didn't look at my Baker resume (taught at GBculinary school) just  flat out told me' no no'.They only hire their own people see? The older man asked me if I could read (I attend UofT) because I selected 2 pastries instead of their sale for 3.What is it about me that deserved this type of service ...my hair?my skin?My age?They dont hire us why spend our$$

I came here about a week ago because my daughter wanted a pizza bun before we started our food shopping at tasteco, after getting her the bun i walked over to the rack they have of "day old"  pastries and things, only to to find almost every bag on the rack covered in thick green mold. I told the lady that was behind the deli meat and cheese counter quietly as there were other people in the bakery shopping, to which she shrugged her shoulders and walked away without saying a word to get a garbage can. And tossed them into it one by one like it was a waste of her precious time. We will not be going back for pastries, pizza buns or anything else. "Day old"  food doesnt come with thick green mold wonder how long that sat there. Or would have continued to sit there had i not said anything..

Most amazing place to go for bread, pastries, bagels and more! This place was mind blowing and I recommend it to everyone! Service is so just and kind. Owners are so comforting and you will always walk out there satisfied. Please check the place our focus! You won't regret it!
