We can barely live in our apartment complex with out people down stairs calling the cops, I don't know what people expect when you live in an apartment but you're gonna hear things. If you got a problem that you can hear your neighbors then you need to go buy a house! Also people never clean up after their dogs.

Newer apartments. Lived here for two years in two bedroom apt. A utile bit pricey, but I thought worth it. There is the usual complaint of neighbor noise, especially with students, but they have a formal complaint system in place and will kick people out of they get too many complaints. Good kitchen appliances and washer dryer included in ours. Work out room, pool, movie theatre, and stocked fishing pond. Overall a good place to live. Staff was always friendly if you are too them.

These con artists Cheated my roommate and I out of $1,202 upon moving out because we failed to notify them 60 days prior to our lease ending that we were going to move out on THE DATE OUR LEASE ENDED!! When they didn't even tell us we had to to notify them until 12 days after the 60 days had already started!!! We paid our rent on time every single month, were model tennants, and in return were treated horribly upon moving out. Don't let their fake smiles fool you, they just want your money.
