Flowers are a wonderful gift to give to someone. People that walk around with a bouquet of flowers are (unless they are going to a memorial service) generally very happy. Either they are about to give someone flowers or they have just received them.

I have never seen such terrible customer service. I went into the store and patiently waited for service. There was man and woman in the back. He saw me and started to walk out to the front. I heard him ask the woman, "do you want to get that", and I hear her say, "No... (something) get that." and he turned and stayed in the back. FINALLY, after some time, he came out to the front and said that someone will help me in a moment. The lady in the back NEVER ONCE ACKNOWLEDGED ME. She then went proceeded to the refrigerator and closed the door. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

My wife and I used Copperfield Florist to do the flowers at our wedding. We were having a great deal of difficulty finding anyone who was willing to work with us to do the wedding arrangement because it was on Valentine's Day (even having some places simply hang up on us when we asked). Copperfield Florist was helpful and friendly from the very beginning. They worked with us to get an idea of what we wanted (which was rather non-traditional) and they called us multiple times through the process to make sure everything got done correctly. In the end, the flowers came out beautiful and we got quite a few compliments on our arrangements. We were very pleased with the experience and would use them again if we need flowers in the future.

These guys picked up what they needed to make a special "diabetic" basket for my dad's 75th Birthday! The lady that answered the phone knew what was OK to include and asked what I'd like to spend. They were very nice and helpful, and I look forward to doing business with them again.
