I had a flawless experience ordering a custom design online. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and delivered on time. I will definitely order again and highly recommend.

I asked her to choose what she thought was beautiful and fresh right now and she absolutely delivered.  She charges for vases, but actually incorporated them into the arrangement by lining with leaves, which I greatly appreciated the touch. She did a fantastic job and I would use her again, anytime.  Thanks for making us look good!

I'd give Kim and Blooma many more stars, if that were possible.   I receive her floral bouquets several times a month.  They are always beautiful and usually include interesting elements, like flowers and leaves that are unfamiliar to me.    I've received bouquets that are elegant, fanciful, demure, brightly colored, etc.    As long as I change out the water often and trim the stems, my bouquets typically last ten days.

I ordered a funeral standing spray and received a wreath instead. Paid a total of $187 dollars (inclusive of delivery & tax). I did not get what I paid for. In addition, I referred 2 others to her store. 1 of the 2 referrals I sent to her were not happy with their product ( and they paid more!) My arrangement had 9 lavender roses, 6 purple carnations, and the remainder were fillers. Definitely not worth the money. Although her work is pretty, just not worth it. I called her a few days later (due to holidays), expressed my dissatisfaction, only for her to say I'm sorry. No discounts on the fact that I didn't get what I paid for or anything.  I work for a church and she will no longer get my referrals.
