Overpriced. Paid $65 including $10 delivery and got the bouquet picture here (hydrangea and a 4 roses).  Pretty anemic.  Would have gotten a better deal with discounts from a broker. Also misspelled my wife's (easy) name despite her spelling it twice.

I called today and they were able to send 2 sets of flowers the same day, within an hour and a half of my call. I am very grateful they were able to send them promptly.

Never going back. I put a order in 3 weeks in advance before Valentine's Day for a bouquet roses and flowers and told them I wanted to switch out the flowers it came with, with another certain flower. I called them 1 week before Valentine's Day to confirm the order was correct and they even repeated back to me. Well when I show up, they don't have my order right and tell me they don't have anymore of the flowers I want. So they find 2 that were already blossomed and take it to the back to throw it together really quick and it didn't look good at all. So the arrangement only had 2 flowers that were blossomed and the rest were not and told me, well you're getting fresh ones. How do you get a order wrong after you repeated it back to me?!?!!? The roses were fine but the whole reason I was getting that certain arrangement was because the flower I wanted on them was my girlfriends favorite flower. They won't be getting my business ever again, very unprofessional.

Thanks I am Very  happy to have found this place!  the Prices are great and their flowers arrangements  are superior to any other local florist you'll find since they are so fresh. Fancy Flowers  is such a big help! I'm probably the most annoying customer they have but rob puts up with my crazy questions and is always willing to help with whatever I need. If you're a lover of all things flowers, do yourself a favor and come here! the most important thing is that it is  real local florist.

These guys were fast with service. We had a last minute order and they delivered.  No complaints these guys are top notch. I highly recommend.
