Brekke Storage

The people at Brekke have set the standard for their field. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I rented a brand-new storage trailer - my belongings stayed cool enough in summer, and the unit was extremely well sealed against dust and water. They helped me learn about the storage process, talked me through the hours, etc. Any questions were cheerfully and correctly answered. Rates are quite reasonable, especially the location. A total success.

This company has blown my expectations away. From the first day i dealt with them i was impressed with not just their attitudes and willingness to help, but what it is i really enjoyed was their ability to go above and beyond for me as their customer. You just don't find that anymore. I feel like most employees are robotic and work of yes and nos. Without disclosing too much, i have had a rough couple weeks. Nothing seems to go right. Except when dealing with them. I first went there and needed a storage unit..... BAD. They stayed late to make it happen, moved a couple things around without compromising service to their other customers. What really made me decide to let people know how great they are is when i called i was created with hey Clarence!! I thought that was amazing. Its running a business that makes me have gratitude and respect for the operation they're running. Thanks gents. You're doing amazing things!
