Came in around 3:00 pm on May 3rd. They were really short of the one-month free space so upgraded me. Really needed the extra room. Very friendly people. It was a a bit warm and while I was unloading the man came around with two bottles of water and a bowel for my dog!

I've used this company twice now and both times had a great experience.  The price was reasonable and the people are very nice and accommodating.  I will use them again.

I was a satisfied customer until I ran across the owner's daughter. The manager here is really nice, but she runs 2 places and can't be there all of the time. The manager always helped me until recently. 

God help you if you get "assisted" by the owner's daughter. She messed up my account, refused to apologize, and then blamed me for the issues. Good thing she's got nepotism on her side! That would get you fired if it were anywhere else. 

After I posted this, she called me and was even worse. She's so rude! I lowered my rating from 3 to 1 star. Calling me while she was upset only made a marginal situation into a deal breaker. I'll be moving my things out of this place. I'm still waiting for that apology...

Units leak and the manager is really nasty and mean. We had a unit there for almost a year. What a crappy place to store your stuff!!

I talked with Grace today to send a payment.  She was so very kind and helpful.  Good experience.
