Shuttle van was booked with 9 people and luckily 1 didn't show up because we still ended up putting bags in laps and in one of the seats and overstuffing the back. This is an airport shuttle and they should consider that some people will be taking lots of baggage and not book 9 people just because there are 9 seats. The "cargo area" barely had room for a box and 4 large suitcases and 4 backpacks. The driver was late to all 4 stops. He ran a red light and could not maintain his lane. I only gave this 2 stars because the service is cheap and the driver was nice.

I travel with a support animal. Driver was abrupt about telling me a support animal is not a service animal. I said that the support animal travels for free and to check ADA. She didn't know what that was. People who travel with support animals do so because they need them for difficult times like traveling. Having a person be rude makes the travel even more difficult and unpleasant. All of the times I have traveled on the shuttle, I have taken 2 pieces of luggage: stroller and suitcase. This is what your website says is included in the base rate 2 pieces of luggage. This driver stated that I needed to pay $5 extra for the stroller. In fact she was downright rude about it and when I said something she said she's sorry if I think she has an attitude with an attitude. Basically, the overcharge for the stroller was her tip. We waited for a passenger and the driver said don't worry I will make up the time on the freeway at 85 mph. She also told a customer to put the armrest down to keep her from falling out when she was speeding. Sign on the shuttle says safe and courteous drivers. This driver was not. If I had a choice I would not use this service.

Horribly run operation. For starters, the phone always gives a busy signal. Then, if you finally do get through, you're on hold 10 minutes. Now to the real issue: I called at 11am to make a 530pm reservation, which was made and I was given a reservation number. At 650pm when the shuttle hadn't arrived, I called. After three busy signal calls I finally got through. The representative informed me that same day reservations are considered "last minute" and that the driver hadn't been made aware of that he needed to stop (at the Baymont). She said all they could do was put me on the 630pm. Fortunately someone could drive me to the airport or I would have been totally hosed. To cap it off, when I asked for an address to file a complaint, I was given a PO Box. I asked for an email address and was told "the owner is in his 80s and doesn't do email." This is a business in 2018--and if Bremerton Kitsap Airporter weren't a monopoly they'd be out of business tomorrow. I look forward to competition coming into this market.

I can't live without this airport transportation service. It is my only option. I have ridden this shuttle more than 200 times in the past 7 years, as I take it to work at the airport 2-3 times per month. I have had 2 times that I can remember where there was a significant problem with the arrival - one where the bus was in an accident before I boarded (They called me and put me on the next bus) and the second was when I-5 was shut down because of a massive crash involving a tanker truck. They are rarely on time, but usually within 10-15 minutes. They just recently adjusted their airport arrival time to 10 minutes past the hour, which is more realistic than the top of the hour. All of the drivers are safe. A few drivers are exceptional. Most of the drivers are friendly and helpful. A few of the drivers are consistently very rude and angry. The reservation system is a disaster -- I often wait 10-15 minutes on hold to make one as they don't accept reservations online inside 24 hours before your trip. Everything is done manually. Payments are done manually. Drivers have no way to accept a Credit Card at the Airport if the attendant is not present and they have to call their office and do it manually (painful). The ticketing system is straight out of 1960, with triplicate paper tickets that are hand-written by the driver and initialed by the passenger. The boarding pass system at the airport is terrible and often passengers are bumped off of a return trip because of this paper and crayons system that no first-time rider can understand. Because of the manual creation of the manifest and manual ticket reconciliation, the bus often sits at the airport departure area well past scheduled time and passengers approach to board only to be told they cannot board. This has resulted in many confrontations over the years and can be very uncomfortable. Overall, basic safe and reliable transportation to and from SEATAC, nothing more.

Rude and unsafe driver. Actively evaded DOT inspection on our ride. Terrible customer service and an antiquated reservation system. Ive used this when service when in dire need, but no more!
