By far the worst dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Brent Spears was so cold and acted like he had better things he could be doing with his time. Made me feel uncomfortable to ask questions. I had two wisdom teeth extracted. I had a complaint about a foul taste in my mouth and he disregarded it and just went straight for the extraction. Turned out i had an abscess in the tooth right in front of where my right wisdom tooth was getting extracted. If you want a dentist that is truly careful, humble, and respectful do not go to him.

I love the fact I can come here for all my dental needs, from my routine teeth cleaning to surgical procedures. 

2 weeks ago I had 2 wisdom teeth removed. Last week, I had a follow up to remove my stitches. Today, I went in for my routine visit with the dental hygienist. We had a last minute cavity that needed to be addressed. I am so thankful that Dr. Spears was able to put me on the schedule today for the filing. 

The office staff are professional and courteous. Dr. Spear, Beth, and his team have excellent bed side manners. After going to 4 dental offices these past 2 years, I can confidently say Dr. Spear goes above and beyond to answer any questions & concerns. He is the only dentist who will check up on his patients hours after wisdom teeth extractions to see if anything is out of the ordinary. 

Brenda was my dental hygienist. She did an amazingly thorough job. She did a more detailed cleaning than any other dental hygienist I've ever had. She is detailed oriented and explains everything to me along the way. 

This is the best dental office I've ever been to and I highly recommend Dr. Spear and his team!

I first started with Dr. Spear by default when my former dentist closed his practice.  I would not now consider changing to another office.

My most recent experience confirms that opinion.  Faced with a serious dental problem my options were clearly explained  and when I had chosen,  the work was work was performed wit the utmost consideration of my needs.

Dr. Spear and his entire staff are friendly and caring.

The improvement to my dental care is amazing.  The entire staff are compassionate and friendly.  The support with your dental care and affordable pricing is a huge part of my dental health success.  Love Dr. Spears and his staff!!!

Words cannot relay the complete trust and admiration I feel for this great Dentist and Man. Have used Dr Spear for all my dental needs since I first moved to Ft Worth, Tx. Might add I have had a great deal of dental needs. He is not only a great dentist but follows up with his patients until all is finished and with an ongoing concerned attitude....I  do indeed highly recommend Dr. Spear with any and all Dental concerns!
