Dr. Simpson and his team are the best in Lubbock.  He is very attentive and gentle through the most challenging procedures.  His staff is courteous and caring as well.

Best Dental experience I have ever had. Professional, Courteous,Talented.  Had wisdom tooth extractions performed by another local dentist that was pure torture. Never felt a thing with Dr. Simpson before or after extraction. Highly Recommend.

I'm 55, and over the years I've been to dentists from California (where I grew up) to West Texas to Missouri, and so far this is the best ever.  Quietly competent, doesn't try to upsell, tries to work from the simplest and cheapest solutions first, lets you know everything that's going on, and -- for the first time ever -- numbs sufficiently.  I had to have a couple of rounds of oral surgery to get rid of broken pieces of tooth in multiple locations, and I had literally not a single _moment_ of pain.  Not even in recovery.  It was _weirdly_ painless.  I don't think anybody would guarantee that literally total painlessness would always be anybody's experience, but I know a few other people who go here and have said they wouldn't go anywhere else, so I tend to believe some degree or version of this experience is common.  Staff is friendly and efficient as well.  I can't say enough good things.
