The people in billing provided wrong information to and about insurance. They billed my insurance for services they didn't provide. And, when trying to get me to commit to various procedures, they told me that my insurance coverage max is $3000. It is not. It is $1200. Had I not caught the error, I would have been responsible for the additional $1800. (Note that they make you sign a form at the start saying you'll be responsible for everything your insurance refuses. This not only gets them off the hook, it seems to encourage them to play fast and loose with billing.)
The dentist aggressively recommended unnecessary or preemptive services and argued with me when I declined.

Dr. Wall has been the caregiver for my teeth since I was 15 years old! 20 years later and he’s not just my dentist he’s family! I refer any and everyone I can to him. His staff is amazing and they’re always willing to help out wether it be a payment plan, a schedule change or even just some good conversation. I am lucky to have Dr. Wall and his staff to depend on for anything I need in dental care!

I've been a patient for years and on the drop of a dime they get me in. The office is homey, comfortable and welcoming. All the ladies there are lovely, they provide amazing service, and Dr. Wall does a great job everytime. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome experience, from start to finish.  Office is conveniently located and professional, staff friendly and courteous, cleaning was great, Dr. Wall was awesome - informative and friendly.  I highly recommend.

Dr.Wall and his amazing hygienist are the bomb! Excuse my 90s slang but seriously, it's the only way to explain how awesome they are. I actually feel asleep once while getting a pretty painful procedure done becasue they were that gental.

I had to take my daughter with me to an appointment once and the office manger actually took her and played with her the whole time I was there. 

Can't say enough great things about them.
