Terrible experience. He was careless and rude, ruined my bridge because he was busy talking instead of watching what he was doing. I had to go to another dentist and pay $1400 to fix what he broke. When I explained what happened and why I didn't feel obligated to cover my copay, they turned me in to collections. No care whatsoever.

I am so honored to be a patient here. Dr. Swinney is one of the few truly honest dentists in the area, both a great dentist and a great person. Please don't fall victim to the frauds that bigger company dentists can pull you into. Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Swinney!

Great office Dr. Swinny and his staff were vary caring with my concerns ! Recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist !

Dr. Swinney absolutely brutalized my elderly mother. He didn't numb her before giving her a shot that made her black out. When she said she could feel pain from him drilling, he got short with her and kept going on about how "everybody hates dentists".  Well, my mom doesn't.  She saw Dr. Kettler for over 30 years, without complaint, until he retired.  My mom isn't one to complain, but she called me crying.  This man is a menace.  Maybe he just hates helpless old women.  It wasn't even a one time deal.  The first bad experience, my poor mother gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming he was just having a bad day.  Her second visit was even worse!  At this point, my mom is considering complaining to the state board.  She asked me to post reviews wherever possible so that others could be warned.

I have a pretty bad dentist phobia, but from my very first visit D. Swinney made the situation as painless as possible, and he genuinely seems like he cares about his patients.
