I have always been going to Dr. Lawson's since I can remember. Great atmosphere, and great customer service. Everyone is so nice, and treat you very well.

I have been to Dr. Lawson before years ago and he was a great dentist. I broke a tooth the other day and was in so much pain I thought my head was coming off. The receptionist said I am sorry we are busy and you do not have an apt. scheduled. I told her I broke a tooth and I was in so much pain. Then she said you have not been here in years. I explained it as because I had moved away. I personally think when you break a tooth half into and you feel like your head is coming off.. that is an emergency. I am surprised that such a nice dentist  has such a short crabby receptionist, anyway all ended well. I went to Dr. Pringle and his office was supper busy and they just rushed me right back, I filled out the paperwork and they got me numbed and out of pain. I ended up having to go to a specialist, which was ok, at least they got me out of pain in the meantime. If you go to Dr. Lawson's office don't think Dr. Lawson is a bad dentist just because his receptionist is not a nice person, because  he is good at what he does.

Worst service ever. The receptionist is very disrespectful. A place like this needs to have polite and sweet people to take care of customers. I am very disapointed.

Just called to see what insurance is accepted and man answered the phone as if his personal phone and when I asked what insurance they accept he hung up on me. Not going there. So unprofessional.

I have been seeing Dr Lawson now for about 10 years. I see him once every 6 months. Relax you are in good hands.
