I have all of my business and personal insurance with Brett and have been very happy.  He and his staff are quick to respond and take care of any questions that arise.  I would recommend this agency to anyone.  You will get honest answers and won't get the hard sales pitch.  Good people.  Thanks Brett.

I contacted this agent's office to transfer my existing State Farm policies to Virginia as we were moving from another state.  The agent I spoke with promised she would have it ready for me by the end of business day and 10 days later, still no results.  It wasn't until after I contacted another State Farm office in the area and let this agent know I was no longer interested in her services that she provided me with policy rate information.  And the rates she quoted were higher than what I received from the other State Farm agent for the same policy!

This agency doesn't have good business practices. I wouldn't recommend it.
