I have carried State Farm insurance through Matt Abbot's agency for a few years now and have been impressed with the level of service I received. I got good, no-nonsense, straight to the point information about the products and what protections I would get for the money and never once felt pressured or misled. This should be standard practice industry-wide but so far a rarity except for my experience with Matt and Jessica at this agency. I recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation.

We've done business with Abbott state farm for several years and have always been satisfied with the promptness of response to our insurance needs. Jessica in particular is skilled in servicing commercial and investment accounts.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service. The customer service technician have no idea what goes on , they never return phone calls, and told me that there was no way of processing my refund after I cancelled my auto policies...run!
