Every time I have called them, I have felt as if I were their main concern.  One of their  annual "How's  everything going?" Calls saved me some money on my policy.  I recently purchased a car and the transition has been smooth also.

This office has very bad customer service. Every since I cancelled my enrollment with ePolicy where they was debiting my account once a month. Every month my insurance has gone up a few cents more. Now they have change my policy due date from the 27th of the month to the 19th. The bad thing is they did not bother to let me know. I get this email saying that my payment is late. It did not have to be. A good insurance company would have made sure I knew my due date was changed to 8 days earlier. Its goes to show me insurance companies just want your money. They don't care enough about their customers to keep me safe. Not good business.

Took an act of Va. State Insurance Commission to rectify negligence of this agent causing cancellation of policy they wrote.
