Horrible, I purchased 2016 Malibu premier yesterday  4/1/16 and my car has a cracked windshield! I have to drive my brand new car with a cracked windshield until Monday! On top of that my new car had 225 miles they put on it to go and get the car from Monroe, LA! The sales manager was HORRIBLE and his customer service skills need to be re-evaluate ASAP! What's wrong with doing the right thing to please your customers? I will NOT be doing anymore businesses with Brain Harris! I'm disappointed and this is my second car purchased from Brian Harris! The best part about this was the finance department very professional! I wished I can cut out the sales manager and deal strictly with the finance manger!

My salesman,  Wayne, was great.  Customer service was wonderful.  Mr. Oliver and the other team members did their part in making my experience nice.

No place is totally bad and have all advantageous people. After several dealings with this dealership I will not be returning for anything and I highly recommend that this dealership be avoided at all cost.

They have awful service and their customer service is horrendous. My car has been in service there for an excessive period of time. I was given a loaner, but was taken away after I was "allegedly wrecklessly driving." There were claims of pictures and reports, but no one could show me either. They have poor communication skills and the general manager is the worst of them all. He is a total jerk without compassion or tact. I only gave a one star because that's the lowest! My true rating is -5!! Do not go there for sale or service!!
