I had a wonderful experience at Royal Nissan! My salesman, Chris Conrad, was so very patient and helpful when it came to finding what I needed and wanted in a vehicle. He was very honest and helped guide me in the right direction. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go see Chris. He will take care of you.

Everyone over at Royal Nissan from receptionists to financial, from management to mechanics, was very friendly and courteous, but I gotta give a shout out to my salesman, Chris Conrad. He was extremely patient with me as a first-time new vehicle buyer, and did everything he could to get me in my truck as soon as possible when I was finally comfortable to pull the trigger. Thanks y'all. I love my brand new Frontier!

This was the best experience I had in purchasing a car by far. Very friendly, insightful and able to ask all questions that I had. Patrick Thomas was the salesman who assisted me and he truly made buying a car a good experience, especially since my last few experiences with other dealerships didn’t go so well. Definitely a great place to purchase a vehicle and Patrick Thomas was a huge help!!!!

As far as purchasing a vehicle goes, it doesn't get any better than the folks at Royal Nissan. Special shout-out to Terrill Norman and Kenneth Robinson!!! Those two demonstrated a level of professionalism and customer service not often seen in the industry. The attention to detail that the two of them showed me and wife, especially our salesperson, Terrill, was top notch. From the initial call to the purchase to the follow up, he was consistently going above and beyond to ensure us that we were being taken care of. Anyone that's looking to invest in a vehicle and want the best experience while doing so, go see Terrill and Kenneth at Royal Nissan. Guarantee their customer service experience is a cut above.

I love my experience with my car salesman(Mr. Joe). I love the service center. Everyone there is extremely polite. Also there's always snacks out it the waiting area....But I don't like the other salesman. Not their fault, I just don't like salesman.
