Not only did Brian and his wife Melinda patiently show me every single house in my target neighborhood, they proactively sent out mailers to try and generate activity on my behalf. Keenly aware of the speed of this particular market, they also notified me of listings that matched my preferences and immediately made themselves available for showings which helped me score the perfect house before someone else could snatch it away. I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Brian Hunt for over 15 years. A person of high moral values and character (which is rare in today's world). I contacted Brian Hunt to help purchase and sell a property for my children while attending USC. In the spring of 2014 I contacted Brian to help me look for a home that was in a safe neighborhood. Because I don’t live in the area Brian sent me several listings that I was able to look through prior to me making the trip to Columbia. His advance knowledge of the Columbia market made for a very easy search. When I settled on a property I had to rely on Brian to keep me updated on the process. Brian kept in consist contact as the process progressed. Knowing that I would sell the property as soon as my children graduated I was sure to keep Brian’s contact information. I contacted Brian once again in February of 2017 to list the property as my children have either graduated or are about to graduate. Because Brian knows the market so well, his selling price analysis was a precise exercise in which his knowledge of the neighborhood provided insight into my market. This resulted in a final sale very close to my asking price. In addition, he knew how to market the home. Once I accepted the offer, Brian was there to advise me every step of the way all the way up to closing. I put my trust in Brian and it paid off.

As a first time home seller, I turned to Brian Hunt to sale my home. He helped me throughout the entire process and responded timely to my sometimes frequent and anxious text and emails. He was always point on and very professional and made the entire process a whole lot less stressful than if I'd gone it alone. I would DEFINITELY recommend him him to anyone looking to sale their home and will be using him in the future. Thanks Brian.

Brian was a tremendous help with us purchasing land out of state. He made the process easy and provided us with information and contacts we would not known to have needed in order to finalize the purchase.
