The worst experience ever!..  My realtor was Kathey and not only did she take advantage of me being a first time home buyer but she had the seller raise instead of lower the price of the house so that she can make a bigger profit/commission!..  I think this is slimey and I will never recommend Coldwell Banker because of her..  She rushed me through the whole process hoping I would choose the first house I saw and I was very umcomfortable with It all.  Moving forward I have learned alot with this experience and I will know better for my future purchases.. It also seemed as if every time she was needed she was out of town..  It seemed like all she really cared about was making her commission out the deal and nothing else and that is very unprofessional! Very disappointed in this realtor to say the least!!!

This office really needs to become more proactive with their under performers and under achievers.  Perhaps a little training on ethics and morality for their staff could not hurt also.
