Corie was a great bartender (and server!!!:)). & The happy hour is great! Such a great and spectacular view. I very much enjoy the hot pretzels, & the Gouda cheese appetizer was delicious. A typical 'hidden gem'. But ceaselessly reminding me of their boundless capabilities, both in staff/atmosphere, & delectable food.

Any place where I can get cocktails with St. Germain elderflower liqueur is game in my book. Then we ordered food. Our sever recommended the duck wings appetizer. Let me tell you!!!!! I’m a only chicken or beef kinda gal. I was hesitant but I’m damn glad I tried them. They are amazing!!!!!! I don’t even remember what entree I ordered but whatever it was, it was good too. But I can’t get over the duck wings!!!!! This is my new beautiful day, seawall hang out! Only downside was we went on a Monday mid morning/early afternoon so they didn’t have a full staff so getting our drink and food order in took a little bit but worth the wait!

This place was alright. The atmosphere is really cool. The sign outside wasn't lit up when I went so I wasn't even sure they were open but there were a few people when I got inside. I sat at the bar and it took a while to get some service but after I got my menu, the speed of service picked up. I got the pizza with pork on it and tried a cocktail or two. The pizza was very good. It came out hot and had a lot of flavor. The cocktails were delicious as well. I'd probably go back but it would be better with a group.

Been a while since I have been back to the Brick House. Much better experience this time.  Food was excellent,  beer was cold, and being right on the sea wall... It's a great way to spend a Saturday.  And best of all, reasonable prices. Will be back again, soon.

We drove 2 hours to Galveston with our 3 lb toy chihuahua and specifically stopped here for dinner because they have been pet friendly patio dining for at least 6 years. They are still advertised as "pet friendly patio". We sat down to eat, ordered drinks, an appetizer, and our meals. We were served our margarita, crown royal fire, tea, and sprite. We took a few sips and then a manager came out and told us to leave. We had already been greeted by 3 employees prior. The manager was rude and completely unprofessional. We will never eat here again; with or without our tiny pet. Ps. There were only about 3 other tables of people there on a Thursday night.
