This place is off to a very good start! I took my family to this location on a busy Friday night and the customer service was excellent.  The crew worked like a well oiled machine in helping the guests even the ones that were not seated in their sections. During the start of our meal the manager came by introduce himself and make sure our meal was to our liking which by the way it by far was the best meal we ever had at a Bricktown Brewery. A place we will definitely be back when we are looking to fill our stomachs.

First time at this restaurant and when we entered we were greeted from this sweet young lady who immediately took us to our table. We got this amazing young man named kameron Who was at our table immediately and took our drinks and order. The order came very quickly and hot.,My husband said the Blue burger was amazing and cooked perfect. He went on to say the French fries were great as well and he would definitely get again. Now my fried fish and sweet potato fries were amazing and hot. The breading on the fried cod was so airy and absolutely amazing. Best I’ve tasted. Whatever batter they used, they NAILED IT! The sweet potato fries were absolutely delicious as well. Everything was fantastic, along with friendly staff as well. We got the root beer float and wow that was amazing.

Super good food and attentive staff! The waitress recommended a sweet dip for our cheese curds and it was friggin' awesome!! Save room for dessert if you can as well!!

Amazing lunch on a Saturday. Went a little before 2:00, no wait. I had the Buttermilk fried chicken sandwich and blueberry mule,  husband had the Bleu ribbon burger. Both were delicious. The chicken was perfectly crunchy on the outside,  juicy on the inside. Burger had really good flavor. Fries were average. Service was outstanding - thanks Anna!  We will be back.

Tonight was the first time my husband and I ate there. Definitely will be back. We only had to wait less than 5 minutes for a table. Our server, Elijah was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even talked us through on downloading the app. The food was very good. It was busy in there tonight, but the service was great.  Dietary restrictions: My husband had bariatric surgery a few months ago. He is limited to what he can eat. They were very accommodating to that. Elijah was very friendly.

Delicious food. Entrees big enough to split and when you ask them to, it comes out on 2 plates and the entrees and sides are also split. So delicious!

We didn't have a good experience for lunch on a Friday.  We Ordered chicken fried steak and chicken strips.  The gravy tasted burnt and had too much garlic and salt.  The batter on the steak and chicken also tasted a burnt.  Green beans and mashed potatoes were luke warm.  French fries were dry and cold.  We waited about 40 minutes to get our plates.  Good beer and unique brews to try, however, this didn't make up for the bad meals.  After a 60$ bill we won't go back.

My wife and I went to eat on Friday at noon. Waitress was nice. Ordered chicken fried steak. It sucked! Gravy looked old and burnt looking. Funny taste to it. The steak taste Bland. Took three bites and had enough. Green beans were cold. My wife had chicken strips. Burnt tasting and too salty. Gravy was old looking and had a dry film on top. Funny taste. She did not finish one. Zero stars would be better. Won't be back.

I have several issues with this particular location. The one time I could actually door dash from Here most of what I order was good. But the bacon on a burger was extremely burnt. Practically charcoal. I say the “ one time” I could door dash because this location has only appeared once to door dash from. Other times I have tried to Oder via the website. Though the website I chose this location and tried to select items only to be notified that online ordering for curbside pick up is turned off. Not everyone has the time nor desire to dine in or go to a restaurant just to place an order to go. I would like to try more of the menu but since both mobile order options never work, I find my desire to give the rest of the menu a change limited.

Several terrible experiences at Brick Town Brewery Bartlesville.  After this last experience we have decided to never return.  Seated at a tiny lower than the surroundings table where the server had to kneel down to take your order.  Ordered the nachos starter immediately.  Nachos were not brought to us until 25 minutes after they were ordered and were cold.  Asked the runner who brought the nachos for plates he said absolutely and of course we never saw him again.  Next the entrees came 5 minutes after the nachos and there was no room on the small table to put the food.  Dishes are tasteless, operation is unorganized, and the customer experience is poor.
