Will not eat here again... this place needs some serious work. We went as soon as they opened for lunch, so being too busy to clean isn't an excuse. The floor and walls are nasty. Covered in sticky food and grime. Decorations need serious attention. Yuck. The "queso" is just velveta style can-o-cheese loaded with onions and celery. Nasty. I ordered the steak fajitas and was sorely disappointed. I'm not sure what kind of meat they made it from, but it wasn't steak. The meat was mushy yet rubbery at the same time. It tasted like it had been taking a salt and pepper bath overnight. Disgusting.
My first time and I'm happy. Extremely friendly to Vets on Veteran's Day. Staff is great! Food was delicious but could have used a little more seasoning. I'm quite happy I picked this restaurant and because of their gratitude for Vets, I'll be coming back. And they have Mr Beast Burgers here!!! Kid-friendliness: Music and atmosphere is kid friendly. Parking: Parking is good. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is to the right of the building with no obstructions
The food was pretty goodand the amount of food was wonderful to take home for leftovers. The staffing was short-handed; it took a while to get a to go box and our check. It was a nice, quiet place to have a relaxing meal. I recommended this place after not going for a couple of years. They have wonderful salsa and queso too!Food: 4/5
The food wasn't good at all. The rice seemed like it had been setting in the warmer for a long time. The veggies on one entree were barely cooked and almost raw. I will not be dining here again.
I ordered a steak and was served over cooked roast. The fajita burrito that my husband ordered was lacking the veggies and spice a tortilla with chicken topped with cheese is a enchilada used to love this place it has really tanked. The waitress assumed she was to keep the change this was not discussed or mentioned before she collected the bill
This was our first time trying this restaurant, the most disappointing experience. I ordered a #1. The only thing right was the taco, I did not receive a tostada just a round tortilla the enchilada was just a tortilla rolled up with sauce on it no beef. My husband ordered a cheese enchilada and the cheese was hard on the inside, It was not edible. This was a waste of money, should've have put our $30 into the to-go cocktails they we're serving. Most disappointing restaurant, I do not recommend it to anyone.
The white queso we ordered was bad. It was a very thin consistency. I ordered the shrimp, crawfish and spinach dip. While it tasted good there was very little crawfish or shrimp.Food: 2/5
The manager was the rudest person I have ever met in coustomer service. I have been to Monterey's all over the South. The service in Bartlesville was the worst I have ever encountered. As the manager. A lady who seemed like a typical oklahoma tweeker but I sited she was the "Manager"avoided everyone waiting to be seated at the door. When I had enough of being ignored. We exchanged a few words. It wasn't friendly. Right after me. She went off on a door dash personl that had been waiting on an order, as long as I had been there. Which she tells. "She hasn't had time to take care of Door Dash. No order to be had. We'll, not only does she run walk in coustomers off. She doesn't have time for Door Dash money either. How much money does Monterey lose before you fire this person. Glad I'll never have to experience that again. Feel sorry for the folks of Bartlesville.
Good food, it took a while to get our food, and portions were a bit small but fulfilling, service was nice and kind, thank youFood: 3/5
My food was very good, service also good. Only exception was something black was floating in my glass of water. Kind of looked like mold?
