Every member of the staff exceeded my expectation of professionalism and knowledge excluding the not so courteous front desk/rn Brandon? (not certain if that's his name)... I have yet to have a single pleasant interaction with him. Even when just calling in, he has very poor manners and no etiquette regarding how someone should be spoken to. I adore Dr. Tremaine and everyone else I've met there. However, I feel that Brandon would really benefit from a course in bedside manner and customer service.

Been going here about 2 years now. Staff, nurses, assistants always friendly, competent and professional. They always check to make sure any tests are done by laboratories covered by your insurance. Other places I have gone did not and I ended up paying a lot out of pocket. This place is basically as good as it gets.

I had to pay $200 copay as a new patient for my routine checkup, no labs, spent 20 minutes introduce and talk to new PCP. They called level 2 patient care according to the bill. I have never paid any copay for my routine checkup before for years. FYI we just move to the new area and were looking for a new family doctor. But this clinic is not the one. I work in health care field too, and I think this is not right. But I could not do anything at this point since I did agree to pay for my service when I signed the paper work at beginning. Since I always think for uninsured patient, a check up appointment usually would not be more than $150. But apparently I got charged more than what I thought even I have my insurance. All I can do is to just leave that place and find another clinic. But I think I should write something for other people just to be a little more cautious...

Nice and very clean place! Quick easy to get in with primary care, staff are friendly not rude like where used to go. Hannah who i see today is young and very helpful. Saw a lot bad reviews but like i see today new clinic , young staff with full energy career, would like to give them a chance to build up in the future. Every one need the beginning, but at least they try the best with you

If I could give them no stars I would but unfortunately you have to give them 1. Which they do not deserve. This office has failed me on multiple occasions and they are not patient friendly. They are constantly making mistakes and then you get garbage apology from their office manager. Who could care less if her staff is doing their job properly. She never responds in a timely matter and their billing people are just as bad. The doctors are ok I would say maybe 2 stars at most. But the overall experience was pretty crappy. Run and find another place.
