I came in to get blood drawn, but due to a clerical error, there was no  record of the order in the lab's system.  I thought I'd have to come back another day after fasting and going an extra eight hours without sleep.

Crystal who works in the lab expertly unraveled the red tape for me and was able to take the blood sample. This saved me from doing it all over again and I greatly appreciate her being such a professional and a nice person.

Going to a lab is never fun, but the people at Bridgeport make it a pleasant experience.
