Awesome place! Tons of options,  great service, fun to just take the kids to walk around, too. I had trouble fitting the info on my small cat name tag- the girl helping me was so kind as to keep helping me until it was right! This was during a busy time too! And, the guy who helped me get a cat tree down had such a positive attitude: More than happy to let me look until I had the right one. You know, as opposed to what often happens, when you feel like a bother as a customer. Anyway, great service, quality, and variety of products!!!

Great pet store. It has a large selection of pets and supplies. Staff have been friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes I think they are a little overwhelmed when the store gets packed and checking out can take a long time. But the staff still remains professional and friendly. They also have decent return policies on items and pets like fish. I would recommend this business.

Love this place! Excellent products, fair prices and great customer service. 
This store has everything! It is a pet store, gift shop, zoo and aquarium all in one stop. Our grandchildren love coming here to see the animals, fish and reptiles.

A pet store unlike any other. I take my kids in here regularly to look at the exotic pets they have. On our last visit one of their tortoises was doing laps on the showroom floor next to us. My daughter was very excited. :)

Great dog food selection! Freeze dried options could be improved. Customer service is pretty good most of the time. They carry a great variety of dry kibble, canned food, toys, and they carry Ezy-Dog! Frequent buyer program is pretty sweet too.
