Oct 2017: poor customer service, asked for help twice in two different departments, both clerks couldn't answer my questions. Then at check out no cashiers/check out lanes open, only self-checkout was open with long line! Feb 2016: Exchanging defective item & picking up special order... Same clerk helped me, fast in & out! Aug 2016: Clerk gave 1/2 off $ of open package. Feb 2015: Great customer services but a little slow to get answers.

Wow. We had a card stolen and we received a notification that it was trying to be used at this store. Thank you technology right? I called immediately to try and catch the sucker only to be on hold for over 45 mins... and waiting. In fact I am still on hold while typing this. So furious. Oh by the way, I am a contractor. We do a CONSIDERABLE amount of business at HD... we will send no more business will ever go to HD going forward.

Usually always get pretty decent service at this store, but today an employee displayed rather unnecessary and disrespectful behavior then made a spectacle of herself. I spoke reluctantly to a manager and expressed my distaste for the situation to which she quickly agreed. She then went on to give us 15% off our total purchase ( which she didn't have to do as I was content with just our conversation) showing care for their customers. THANK YOU

Customer service at the paint department was terrible. I clearly inconvenienced the gal working there by making a paint order and asking her questions about the different kinds of paints. She was extremely annoyed about any question I asked her. Then when the paint was ready a different gal brought it out to me but never said a word to me or let me know that it was my paint. Just set it on the counter and I had to ask her after like 2 minutes of it being there if it was mine. I usually never have complaints about this store btu that was ridiculous. Its their job to help the customer.

I enjoyed being able to find everything I needed aftet a quick trip to customer service. Really liked how they can use the computet to direct you to the exact aisle and bay #!
