Mostly great doctors. Organization could use alot of help. Have never gone to an appointment here without waiting a minimum of 30 minutes to get into the actual room nevermind the 10 minutes I wait for my actually doctor to come talk to me. Most times upon my arrival I am informed of a time change for my appointment that I was unaware of and did not confirm. I have even had appointments rescheduled without my knowledge! Very displeased with the organization and timing of this branch of Brigham and women's.

I have had the best medical care at ALL of my providers here. They actually take enough time to listen & formulate a care plan. For me. Like THEY CARE!

SO FAR I HAVE BEEN TO DR. SILVRR AND DR KURZ.   THEY AND THEIR STAFFS ARE  TRULY WONDERFUL.   I'M HOPING TO GET A PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN THERE, TOO.   I'M BOOKED WITH THE ENDOCRINOLOGIST ALREADY, AND WILL MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE DERMATOLOGIST THIS COMING WEEK. I'M IN AWE OF HOW EFFICIENTLY BOTH OFFICES OPERATE.  THEY HAVE A WALL BOARD UP THAT SHOWS HOW THE DOCTORS ' APPOINTMENTS ARE RUNNING -- ON TIME, FIVE MINUTES LATE, TEN MINUTES LATE, ETC. THERE ARE NO ANXIOUS PATIENTS IN THE WAITING ROOM.  WE KNOW THE STATUS OF OUR DOCTOR'S SCHEDULE.  I'VE NEVER HAD TO WAIT.  YOU ARE IN AND OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER.  THEY RUN LIKE A SWISS WATCH.  LOVE IT!

For insurance purposes, be aware they do not bill themselves as an urgent care center even thought they say they are an urgent care center.  It is billed as an outpatient visit and your copay may be different.  The care my Son received was vert good.

All my doctors are there, never have to wait when I get there, they have free valet parking. The phlebotomist's are great, radiology too. I've gone to urgent care a few times and was in and out in a few hours. There is a cafe on the 3rd floor with yummy sandwiches & croissants, right outside my ob's office when I was pregnant. It's great having Boston doctors in the suburbs, one of the benefits of being so close, you get the best. When you're all done you can shopping at patriot place.
