These guys used to be decent but now they have a new policy of towing your car if you leave it out overnight. You can't park in an uncovered spot, you can't park on the street. If you want to have an overnight guest for more than three nights a month you are basically out of luck. I just walked outside and car is gone. It will probably take over $200 to get it back. I'm a single mom on a limited income. This is too much. I will be moving.

Extraordinarily friendly staff both at the office and security / maintenance personnel. Prompt service. Rents seem slightly more expensive than comparable places nearby. As of March 2016 the complex is under new management, so I hope the friendliness and family-atmosphere continues.

We loved living here. Friendly staff, quick response to calls,safe to walk through the area even at night. Within walking distance to a fitness center, starbucks, and two gas stations, and a beautiful garden shop that I loved to walk through while there.

Poor management ever The worst office ever and when I left there they decresed 500 of my security deposits for atypid thinkg which was completely clean. Not recommended at all Paying 30% more for old complex only located in claremont!!!
