Horrible staff. They are ignorant and just don’t care. I submitted a paper for my daughters school for the nurse to complete and they told me it will take 3-5 business days to complete. I called every day until 10th business days and it was still not complete. I expressed the urgency that my daughter will not be able to return to school. They did not care. I showed up at their office and literally waited until someone completed it. This is ridiculous and fraustrating. If I could rate 0 star I would have. It is simply horrible how they feel like it is okay for my daughter to miss school due to some body’s mistake there.

This place has been my daughters doctor some she was 2 and is now 13 and my son's who is 2 and i love it,  the staff especially Joy is amazing,  all nurses are sweet and smart and if you can't see Dr Sless , Megan the np is amazing! !! Love my kids dr and the staff
